STANDING AND SEATED CALF RAISE MACHINE
Give your calves a boost
Looking to strengthen your lower legs and take your leg day to the next level? Our Standing and Seated Calf Raise Machines are designed to target your calf muscles, helping you build strength, improve ankle stability and develop lower-body endurance.
The Standing Calf Raise primarily works your gastrocnemius (the larger, more visible calf muscle), while the Seated Calf Raise places greater emphasis on your soleus (the deeper calf muscle). Together, they’re a fantastic combination for building stronger calves, supporting everyday movements like walking and climbing stairs, and adding variety to your lower-body workouts.
STANDING CALF RAISE
How does it work?
-
Start by selecting a comfortable weight and adjusting the shoulder pads to suit your height.
-
Position the balls of your feet on the platform with your heels free to move, keeping your legs straight with a slight bend in your knees.
-
Slowly raise your heels by pushing through the balls of your feet, lifting onto your toes and squeezing your calves at the top.
-
Lower your heels in a controlled movement to return to the starting position.
Avoid bouncing or using momentum, and focus on smooth, steady repetitions.

SEATED CALF RAISE
How does it work?
-
Start by selecting a comfortable weight and adjusting the thigh pads so they rest securely above your knees.
-
Sit with your feet positioned on the platform, keeping the balls of your feet supported and your heels free to move.
-
Push through the balls of your feet to lift your heels as high as comfortably possible, squeezing your calf muscles at the top.
-
Slowly lower your heels back down, maintaining control throughout the movement.
Start light, focus on your range of motion and get ready to give those calves some extra attention.
