Free Fitness Training

Get the most out of your Planet Fitness membership with our free fitness training program. With PE@PF, our certified trainers will show you around the gym and provide instruction on using our huge selection of cardio equipment and strength machines. Our trainers also facilitate a wide variety of small group training sessions and are available to design a personalised exercise program to help you meet your goals and get the most out of your workouts.
