What’s New in Mackay?

Our Mackay club is one of our first clubs around Australia to include all-new, plate-loaded strength equipment, including Half Racks – complete with deadlift platform, coloured plates and landmine attachment, Hack Squat, Supine Bench, Standing & Seated Calf Raise and Glute Trainer. Plus, PF Black Card members will be among the first to try our new CryoLounge, amazing for post-workout recovery.

Squat Rack
Maximize freedom of movement and strength training variety with our new Squat Rack, complete with deadlift platform. Make your training experience your own!
Hack Squat
For a complete lower body workout, look no further than the Hack Squat. Spring-loaded takeoff handles make use easy and engaging!
Seated Calf
Maximize calf recruitment and comfort. The knee pads easily adjust for tibia length and range of motion.
Standing Calf
Build strength in calves and lower leg muscles. Adjustable shoulder pads accommodate users of all sizes.
Supine Bench
Tone and build pectorals with our Supine Bench. Dual grip positions offer greater training variety.
CryoLounge
Our CryoLounge works to reduce muscle soreness and relieves aches and pains through targeted cold and heat therapy. It can be used independantly of exercise, supporting faster recovery, easing tension and promoting overall relaxation.

Hydro Massage
HydroMassage provides a convenient way to enjoy the relaxing benefits of massage. Travelling jets move up and down the body with wave-like streams of heated water allowing you to select the speed and targeted location.

Small group fitness training

With PE@PF, certified trainers will show you and around the gym and provide instruction on our huge selection of cardio and strength machines.

They also facilitate a wide variety of small group training sessions to help you meet your goals and get the most out of your workouts.
