PF Tuggeranong

Planet Fitness Tuggeranong opens 9am, Thursday 13 August 2026.

Visit https://planetfitnessaustralia.com.au/apps/ and select your state – ACT – and your club – Tuggeranong – to see the available iOS and Android App for PF Tuggeranong (this is important, as other clubs may be running a different App).

Once you download the App, hit “Register” and enter the email you signed up with.

You will need to create a new password. Once you submit, a verification email will be sent to your nominated email.

Click the link in the email and follow the prompts, you may be asked to confirm your information.

Once this is complete, navigate back to the app and use your Email and Password to Login.

At Planet Fitness Tuggeranong, your membership can be cancelled the following ways:

In person at the club (the fastest method).

Via letter sent to your home club with your name as it appears on your membership, your contact information (email/phone), your reason for cancelling, and your written signature.

Via email sent to your home club’s direct email address with your full name as it appears on your membership, your contact information, and your reason for cancelling. The email you send from must be the email you used to sign up with.

Or, exclusive to Planet Fitness Tuggeranong, you can cancel via the Planet Fitness App. Simply navigate to your contract, click “Cancel Contract”, select your end date and your cancel reason.

All we need is 7 days’ notice for cancellation. Please note, for customers on a Classic 12 Month contract cancelling within the contract period, an Early Termination Fee of $99 applies.

Near ALDI, at the entrance to the stairwell to the club, you’ll notice a PF ACCESS sign with a scanner.

Open your PF Australia App, open up your QR code and scan it to open the door.

You can then take the elevator or stairs up to level 1.

You’ll see a similar scanner by the front doors of the club. Simply scan your QR code again to enter!

That one is easy! Click here. Use your email address which you used to signup with and create a password. Note – your login details are the same for the PF App and Online Account, so if you Registered in the online App first, you can login online with the same details.

As a PF Black Card® member, you can bring a guest every time you train, during staffed hours only (you can choose to bring the same guest each time).

Guests only have access to the gym floor and equipment, and not the Black Card Spa, classes or personalised program design.

PF Black Card® members may bring guests age 13 years and up. A parent/legal guardian form must be signed at the front desk for all minors.
