Our Epping club is one of our first clubs around Australia to include all-new strength equipment, including 3x Half Racks – complete with deadlift platform, coloured plates and landmine attachment, Hack Squat and Glute Trainer.     HydroMassage provides a convenient way to enjoy the relaxing benefits of massage. Travelling jets move up and down the body with wave-like streams of heated water allowing you to select the speed and targeted location.

Small group fitness training

With PE@PF, certified trainers will show you and around the gym and provide instruction on our huge selection of cardio and strength machines. They also facilitate a wide variety of small group training sessions and are available to design an exercise program to help you meet your goals and get the most out of your workouts.
